Midstate installs complete replacement windows for Central Florida homes and orders directly from Pella, PGT, Alside, Simonton, Ply Gem and other manufacturers. Every opening is measured, every unit is ordered to size, and the installation includes removal, fitting, sealing and finish work — not a product drop-off and not a repair visit.

Midstate installs complete two-, three- and four-panel sliding glass door systems. The old frame comes out, the new track is set level, and the panels and screen are fitted as one installation — no roller, track or repair-only calls.

French Door Installation

French doors suit an opening where a slider never quite looked right. Midstate installs hinged glass door pairs onto patios, lanais and side yards, with the jamb, threshold and hardware set so both leaves close cleanly against each other.

Chuck Hensel is a Lake Mary resident and the owner of Midstate. The company has served Central Florida homeowners since 1994, is insured and operates under Florida Certified General Contractor license CGCA14875.

Midstate has worked under both its current window-focused name and the legacy Mid State Construction name, and it has stayed small on purpose. You deal directly with the owner rather than a commissioned rep working from a script.

Midstate measures, orders and installs the replacement units. It does not sell windows for delivery, service existing units or take repair-only calls.
